Accra Technical University Student Alfred Inkoom, Invents Automatic Washbasin
Awareness of cross contamination has grown over the last few years and it is so important that people are aware of it.
Cross contamination can have severe consequences and should be given the attention it deserves; especially in our washrooms and medical labs
Today, final year student of ATU, department of applied science and Technology has taking the world, Africa on a vas level as he surprises Ghana with his new invention.
Colour Coding is one of the easiest and most effective way to prevent cross contamination in our early days to say.
Meanwhile, Alfred’s invention has proven the prowess of early days technology, it is an automatic Washbasin beautifully and neatly built using a proximity sensor which radically prevent cross contamination in our washrooms solving serious illness , including salmonella, flu, diarrhoea and impetigo just to mention few .
To invent, you need a good imagination and a pile of junk as it is popularly said, and this is just to define Alfred Inkoom He is one of the best graduating students from the Accra Technical University, looking forward to a brighter future the young graduate should be able to attract bigger investor’s across the globe which will allow him do more to benefit society and improve upon people’s lives. As a writer my personal affiliation with Alfred, i am bold to say he has a track record of resolving, fixing and finding solution to technological problems over the years, i agree he has a brand for him self having everything the world needs moving forward, technology is moving so fast these days that the man who says it can’t be done is generally interrupted by someone doing it, exactly how I feel right now.
Praise work by Alfred Inkoom i must say. In fact, educational research since the 1960s shows that students at every level and in every grade like to be praised for their work in the classroom.
The empirical evidence from the research shows that praise can have a positive impact on both student academic learning and social life, the very reason why he needs all the attention and praise today, Ghana is proud.
This is a very true reflection of a university who deems to train students to be field oriented not reading bee’s.
