Nana Fofie

Ghanaian singer, Nana Fofie has been announced as one of the four signees of American rapper, Nicki Minaj’s new record label.

The list also includes Jamaica’s Skeng, who was recently seen shooting a music video with Nicki during her Carnival vacation in her homeland, Bronx rapper London Hill, and Rico Danna.

She fell back, she had a baby. She did the mother thing, the wife thing, all that… But now, it appears Nicki Minaj is ready to put her foot on the music industry’s neck once again.

2022 saw her begin an impressive comeback to the rap game, and this year, she has dropped her first “Red Ruby Da Sleeze,” on Saturday, March 4, much to fans’ pleasure.

Of course, that wasn’t the only big announcement she had in store for us this weekend since she also disclosed her own record label on the latest episode of Queen Radio show.

The exciting news means the Trinidadian rapper is the first woman to have her own label.

“I’m not gonna announce the name but I have a record label now,” she revealed.  “Because I believe so strongly in loyalty and because I spent my whole life giving you others that turned around and shit on me.”

The “queen of rap” and the mother of one also revealed that she’s already brought on four signees, each of them bringing something totally unique to the table.

First up is Ghanaian singer, Nana Fofie, who was present in the studio with Minaj as she was doing her Queen Radio broadcast.

Nicki has been a big fan of Nana Fofie over the years and has repeatedly expressed her love for her sound.
