Agradaa’s prison term reduced; now to serve 12 months

The Amasaman High Court has slashed Patricia Asiedua, aka Agradaa’s 15-year jail term to one year.

Agradaa, a fetish priestess turned evangelist’s reduced sentence takes effect from July 2025.

Agradaa’s sentence was slashed after she appealed against the 15-year jail term imposed on her by an Accra Circuit Court for defrauding some persons under pretext of doubling their money for them.

The High Court noted that the lower court’s sentence imposed on Agradaa was excessive and harsh.
