Ghana on Friday marked its 69th Independence Day Anniversary with a ceremonial parade held at the forecourt of the Jubilee House in Accra.
The event was attended by members of the diplomatic corps, ministers of state, traditional leaders, and high-ranking military and police officers.
This is the second time the Independence Anniversary celebration has been held at the Jubilee House instead of the usual venue, the Black Star Square.
We captured some scenes of members of the general public who attended the event dressed in Ghana’s national colours, as well as visitors gathered outside the Jubilee House to witness the celebration.
