Multiple vehicles involved in accident at Ayi Mensah

The Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS) has confirmed a multi-vehicle accident at Ayi Mensah in Accra.

In a Facebook update on Monday, April 6, the Service indicated that a team from the Madina Fire Station had been dispatched to the scene to carry out rescue and recovery operations.

It added that additional ambulances have been deployed to support the ongoing emergency response.

The GNFS urged motorists to drive with caution, slow down when approaching the area, and use alternative routes where possible to ease traffic congestion.

The Service also appealed to the public to cooperate with personnel on the ground and refrain from crowding the scene to allow for swift operations.
