One fear dead, two critically injured during motor display at Aboakyir festival

One person is feared dead, while two others are in critical condition following an accident during a motorbike display at the 2026 Aboakyir Festival in the Effutu Municipality of the Central Region.

Information gathered by Adom News indicates that two riders were performing stunts on a motorbike when one of them lost control and knocked down three pedestrians near the Winneba traffic light.

All the victims, including the rider believed to have died, were rushed to the Winneba Municipal Hospital for treatment.

The condition of the two injured persons is reported to be critical as medical staff work to stabilise them.
