Family, friends, colleagues and admirers of late actress and entrepreneur Beverly Afaglo Baah will gather tomorrow, Saturday, August 8, to bid her a final farewell at the forecourt of the State House in Accra.
The funeral service is scheduled to begin at 7:00 a.m. and is expected to attract members of the entertainment fraternity, industry stakeholders and well-wishers who will come together to celebrate the life and legacy of the beloved actress.
As part of the funeral rites, a memorial service will be held during which mourners will file past her remains, read tributes and pay their last respects before she is laid to rest in a private burial ceremony.
A thanksgiving service will follow on Sunday, August 9, at 9:00 a.m. at Action Chapel International in Tema, where family, friends and loved ones will gather to give thanks to God and celebrate Beverly’s remarkable life and contributions to the creative arts.
Beverly Afaglo Baah passed away on May 24, 2026, at the age of 42 after a two-year battle with cancer. Her death came just four days before what would have been her 43rd birthday, leaving Ghana’s entertainment industry and countless fans in mourning.
Remembered for her talent, warmth and entrepreneurial spirit, Beverly leaves behind a legacy that will continue to inspire many within and beyond the creative arts industry.
