The Ghana Armed Forces (GAF) has today, September 28, 2026, commenced a three-day Documentation and Body Selection exercise for qualified applicants under its 2026/2027 Enlistment Exercise.
The exercise, which runs until September 30, follows the closure of online applications on September 23 and marks the next phase of the military recruitment process.
The exercise is being conducted at designated centres across the Northern and Southern sectors.
In the Northern Sector, potential Army, Navy and Air Force cadets are required to report to the 4 Infantry Battalion at Uaddara Barracks in Kumasi.
In the Southern Sector, applicants will report to different locations based on the category they applied for.
Potential Army cadets are expected at the Nicholson Stadium, while potential Navy and Air Force cadets are to report to the Air Force Base in Accra.
GAF says qualified applicants will receive text messages containing details of their designated centres and reporting instructions.
Applicants have been advised to follow the instructions communicated to them and report to their assigned centres accordingly.
The documentation and body selection exercise is the latest stage in the 2026/2027 enlistment process following the completion of the online application phase.
