Prudential Bank, Rana Motors power music host ‘The Blend Festival 2026’

The city of Accra came alive over the weekend as the lawns of the Accra Polo Club Gardens  became a melting pot of culture, music, and high-level networking at the unforgettable edition of The Blend Festival 2026, powered by two Ghanaian giants, Prudential Bank Limited and Rana Motors. 

From the early hours of the evening, attendees dressed in sophisticated casuals and cultural attire, streamed into the venue, creating an atmosphere of excitement, elegance and celebration.

 The diverse audience reflected the festival’s unique identity, drawing together various communities and music lovers who gathered not only to enjoy world-class performances but also to network and celebrate shared experiences.

 The stage came alive with electrifying performances from renowned acts including The Blend Band, whose dynamic set ignited the crowd; Ghanaian music icon Wiyaala captivated audiences with her powerful voice and energetic stage presence, while rising star MaaMi delivered a captivating set that showcased the depth of Ghana’s creative talent, proving that the local music scene holds its own on any international platform.

 Reflecting on the success of the festival, the Acting Managing Director of the Bank, Ebow Quayson described the experience as transformative for both the brand and the community saying it is direct support for the Show24 pillar under the government’s 24-Hour Economy policy which provides support for the Creative Arts industry. 

 “Experiencing The Blend Festival first-hand has been truly remarkable. For Prudential Bank, being part of moments that matter, celebrating diversity, and connecting with the very people and businesses we serve every day is crucial.

“As a Bank we provide support for the Creative sector in the form of export support. This festival is a testament to the unifying power of music, and we are proud to have powered it in partnership with Rana Motors,” he said.

 The Chief Executive Officer of Rana Motors, Essam Odaymat, who is also a member of the Blend Band expressed surprise at the turnout saying, this is another way the vehicle manufacturing and sales company gives back to support the Creative Industry. 

 “As a company, we are dedicated to the government’s 24-hour Economy Policy. We have an assembly plant in Ghana which provides employment and production around the clock. Producing and supporting the Blend Festival is yet another way we support the Creative Arts industry by offering a platform for musicians and other players in the industry to deploy their talents, make sales and earn a living”, he stated. 

 As the curtains fell on a spectacular night of music and connection, what lingered was a sense of community, lasting memories, strengthened relationships and renewed anticipation for future editions.  The Blend Festival 2026 had delivered on its promise, a celebration where diversity, creativity, and commerce converged.
